Responsibilities

• Prepare immigration petitions and applications under attorney supervision.
• Use templates and checklists for documents and correspondence.
• Obtain translations and education evaluations; perform legal research.
• Interact with clients to collect documents and information; maintain records.
• Assist with administrative tasks and update templates.
• Write blog articles on immigration topics; contribute process improvements.
• Run reports and develop case flows and checklists for various cases.
• Use LawLogix, Caret Legal, Cognito, and Microsoft 365 suite.
