Job summary

Greenspoon Marder LLP seeks an Immigration Paralegal in its Miami, Brickell office to support corporate immigration matters. The CIP will track billable time, manage complex visa cases, and work with attorneys to ensure timely filings and compliance.

The role requires at least three years of U.S. immigration experience, familiarity with USCIS/CBP/DOL procedures, and strong organizational skills for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of U.S. immigration experience in a law firm or corporate setting.
• Knowledge of USCIS, CBP, USDOL, USDOS procedures and PERM processes.
• Strong organization and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling nonimmigrant and immigrant visa cases and labor certificates.

Responsibilities

• Manage nonimmigrant and immigrant visa case files and timelines.
• Prepare schedules, reports, and documentation for filings.
• Communicate with attorneys and clients; participate in calls and meetings.
• Draft and file LCAs and various immigrant petitions; track expirations.
• Maintain and update case management systems; organize client materials.
