Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification/degree.
• Two years of business immigration experience with visa petitions and PERM.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with immigration software like Asana or LawLogix is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare visa applications and petitions for business immigration cases.
• Track and manage immigration filings and statuses.
• Compile and analyze complex case facts and documents.
• Maintain case files and deadlines; respond to inquiries.
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and government agencies.
• Draft immigration correspondence and supporting letters.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
