Job summary

W3Global partners with a Miami-based immigration law firm to recruit an Experienced Immigration Paralegal. You will manage case preparation, client communication, and deadlines in a fast-paced setting, supporting USCIS and EOIR matters. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred and on-site work in Miami is required.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a high-volume caseload while coordinating with attorneys and staff across multiple cases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of immigration paralegal experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with USCIS filings required.
• EOIR / Immigration Court experience highly desirable, particularly removal defense.
• Familiarity with Family-based petitions, Naturalization, Removal defense, Asylum, Adjustment of status, humanitarian matters.
• Strong understanding of immigration documentation and filing procedures.
• Excellent organisational and deadline-management skills.
• Professional English/Spanish bilingual fluency strongly preferred.
• Must work on-site in Miami, FL 33161.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with a diverse caseload involving family-based immigration, removal defense, asylum, humanitarian relief, waivers, naturalization and consular processing.
• Prepare and organise immigration forms, supporting documentation, evidence packets and filing materials.
• Assist with USCIS filings and EOIR filings where applicable.
• Gather information from clients and follow up on outstanding items.
• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish regarding case status and next steps.
• Maintain accurate case files, calendars and case-management records.
• Assist attorneys with hearing and interview preparation.
• Prepare exhibit packets, cover letters, declarations and other materials under supervision.
• Track case progress and agency correspondence.
• Assist with legal research and case preparation as directed by attorneys.
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff in a high-volume environment.
• Identify missing documentation and upcoming deadlines before issues arise.

We have partnered with an established, high-volume immigration law firm in Miami that is actively seeking an Experienced Immigration Paralegal to support its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who already understands the immigration process and can confidently manage case preparation, client communication, filing requirements and deadlines in a busy legal environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting USCIS and/or Immigration Court matters, strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple active cases. Professional fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred and will be prioritised.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of immigration paralegal experience preferred.
