An experienced immigration paralegal with a bachelor’s degree and at least two years in a law firm setting, supporting either family-based or business immigration matters
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent time management skills
Confident using Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Comfortable working independently and meeting tight deadlines
Familiar with document management systems
What You’ll Do
Track deadlines, manage calendars, and schedule meetings to keep cases on track
Prepare and file immigration petitions
Draft documents, collect supporting materials, and review submissions for accuracy
Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and government agencies to ensure smooth case progression
Flag case issues or delays to attorneys for timely resolution
Provide administrative support including document organization, scanning, e-filing, billing, and engagement letter preparation
What Success Looks Like
Cases are filed accurately and on time, with minimal attorney revisions needed
Clients and attorneys feel supported and informed throughout the process
You proactively identify and resolve issues before they become roadblocks
You consistently deliver high-quality work while managing multiple deadlines
