Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential.
• Experience in immigration law, EOIR/removal defense, or related settings preferred.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Immigration Court (EOIR) and USCIS proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, and other filings.
• Advise clients on immigration consequences by reviewing records.
• Collaborate with partners, supervising attorneys, and staff on case strategy.
• Manage and organize case files, deadlines, and tasks.
• Provide client-centered guidance and maintain clear communication with clients.
