We've partnered with an established and growing immigration and criminal defence law firm in Irving, Texas, that is actively hiring an Immigration Attorney to join its litigation and family-based immigration practice. This is an opportunity for an attorney who wants to build a meaningful career in immigration law and develop strong courtroom and client-advocacy skills. The firm handles a broad range of immigration matters, with a particular emphasis on removal defence, family-based immigration, waivers, and representation before EOIR & USCIS. You'll manage a diverse immigration caseload and have the opportunity to work directly with clients, develop case strategy, prepare legal arguments and filings, and appear in immigration proceedings.
Prior EOIR experience is helpful but not required. The firm is prepared to train and support the right attorney as they develop. The practice is supported by a dedicated staff team handling case management and process, allowing attorneys to remain focused on strategy, advocacy, client relationships and courtroom work. If you're looking for an opportunity where you can build your immigration practice rather than simply process files, this is worth exploring. Compensation: $90,000-$120,000, commensurate with experience.
