Saenz-Garcia Law, PLLC is a dedicated immigration law practice seeking a deport/removal Senior Attorney to lead complex cases and mentor junior attorneys. The role focuses on advanced litigation, BIA appeals, and strategic case development in a fast-paced firm environment.

The Senior Attorney will guide and oversee associates, manage high-stakes matters before USCIS, EOIR, and BIA, and help shape firm-wide litigation strategy while upholding ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in good standing.
• Extensive experience in U.S. immigration law, especially deportation/removal defense and complex litigation.
• Experience with BIA appeals, complex waivers (I-601 / I-212), and criminal or fraud-related issues.
• Strong experience appearing before EOIR and USCIS.
• Advanced legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a highly complex caseload and provide strategic legal leadership.
• Strong commitment to ethical standards and professional responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex deportation/removal defense and advanced immigration litigation cases.
• Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) in high-stakes matters.
• Develop and execute legal strategies for cases involving criminal bars, fraud issues, and complex eligibility challenges.
• Act as lead attorney and final decision-maker in critical court and agency appearances.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide advanced guidance to Associate Attorneys and Paralegals.
• Collaborate with the Managing Attorney on firm-wide litigation strategy and best practices.
