Job summary

Responsibilities include drafting applications, gathering documents, maintaining case notes, and coordinating deadlines and meetings while upholding confidentiality and ethical

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required for speaking and writing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite; case management software helpful.
• Excellent communication and professional interaction with clients, attorneys, and staff.
• Strong organizational, research, and problem-solving abilities to support immigration filings.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support affirmative attorneys and paralegals with humanitarian and family-based immigration cases from start to finish.
• Draft applications and forms for attorney review.
• Gather, review, and organize supporting documents.
• Assist with client declarations and sworn statements.
• Assemble applications and evidentiary packets after attorney feedback.
• Calendar deadlines, court dates, interviews, and hearings; schedule attorney‑client meetings.
• Maintain organized electronic and paper files and accurate time entries.
