Qualifications

• JD required or equivalent.
• State Bar admission required.
• Ability to independently handle common legal issues and escalate when needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and case updates to clients.
• Conduct client consultations.
• Attend interviews and in-person matters with clients.
• Formulate case strategy for assigned matters.
• Oversee production of case materials (drafts, filings).
• Draft complex case materials (RFE responses, etc.).
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure timely communications.
