Job summary

Global Solutions Network, Inc. (GSN) seeks an Employment Authorization Specialist to support NIH in Bethesda, MD. The role handles immigration data, prepares packages for pre-sponsorship vetting, and maintains DIS databases.

You will liaise with NIH staff, create reports, and assist with onboarding and front office tasks in a dynamic federal contractor environment. The position is full-time with long-term potential, offering comprehensive benefits and occasional telework after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, edit, and enter foreign national information from Form 829-1 and 2 into the DIS database.
• Prepare immigration packages for submission to the Office of National Security for vetting.
• Maintain databases and generate reports for staff.
• Assist with web-site content updates and provide software support as needed.
• Provide onboarding support and front office assistance as required.
