The Employment Authorization Specialist will assist the NIH Office of Research Services, DIS, with foreign national data and immigration packages in a on-site role in Bethesda, MD, with potential telework after three months.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Law or Human Resource Management is required.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and excellent organizational/time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to satisfy NIH DIS objectives.
• Review, edit, and enter foreign national information into the DIS database.
• Prepare immigration packages for pre-sponsorship vetting and renewal.
