Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer or client support experience in a professional, office-based, or structured service environment.
• Experience delivering service through written channels (email, chat, tickets).
• Ability to resolve routine inquiries using predefined workflows and scripts.

Responsibilities

• Frontline Support: respond to inquiries across multiple channels using templates and tags.
• Issue Escalation: route complex inquiries to appropriate teams.
• Platform Utilization: manage conversations in the tech solution while meeting SLAs.
• Team Collaboration: work with Client Experience and legal teams to ensure seamless support.
