Fisher Phillips in Atlanta is seeking a capable legal support professional to assist attorneys and paralegals with research, USCIS requests, FOIA responses, and audit preparations. The role emphasizes accuracy in file organization, document printing, and portal management, including INSZoom submissions.

Office-based, full-time position requiring proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, along with solid clerical skills such as data entry and document management. Relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a paralegal or legal-support role.
• Proficient with basic PC tasks and common office technology (phone systems, copier, scanner, fax, printer).
• Must be proficient in Outlook, Excel and Adobe Acrobat; strong typing, word processing, mail/contact management, and presentations.

Responsabilités

• Assist attorneys and paralegals with research projects and USCIS Requests for Evidence responses.
• Assist in submitting Service Requests to USCIS for petitions outside normal processing times.
• Assist in I-9 audits by printing I-9s and supporting documents, maintaining spreadsheets.
• Assist in USDOJ audits by printing and organizing documents.
• Send questionnaires and notices to clients via the INSZoom immigration portal.
• Print and compile completed questionnaires and documents for attorney review.
• Organize files for paralegals.
• Print/compile petitions for attorney review and filing fee checks.
