You’ll build foundational knowledge across all immigration case types, adapt to policy changes, and collaborate with attorneys to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely progression of cases.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of business immigration experience; OR a combination of education and experience that demonstrates readiness for the role.
• A bachelor’s degree with no prior experience is acceptable.
• Experience with case management systems and immigration forms is desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for routine client communications and updates.
• Manage case production, including initiating, assessing, preparing, and filing high-volume immigration filings using templates and case management systems.
• Perform administrative duties including scanning and filing petitions and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate case records and data integrity; respond to attorney and client requests.
• Use reports and dashboards to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
• Draft immigration forms and supporting letters for employment-based petitions.
