Job summary

BI Incorporated seeks an ISAP case manager to provide comprehensive case management for program participants under the DHS contract. You will manage service plans, perform intake, and coordinate monitoring, travel documents, and translations to support successful releases and supervision.

You will conduct regular assessments, maintain confidential records, and collaborate with community resources to meet participants’ life needs while ensuring program compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, social work, criminal justice or related field preferred.
• At least two years of customer service or case management experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel for home visits.
• U.S. citizenship and residence in the U.S. for the last 3 of 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, coordinates, reviews, and updates case management and service plans for ISAP participants.
• Maintains accurate and confidential case records from entry to release.
• Conducts intake interviews and orientation sessions within contractual timeframes.
• Installs electronic monitoring equipment and monitors compliance.
• Coordinates travel documents and translation services for participants.
• Reviews plans, conducts risk/needs assessments, and writes progress reports regularly.
