Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience in immigration law is required.
• Ability to independently prepare and file immigration petitions and applications.
• Experience in legal document preparation and client communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with a variety of immigration petitions and filings (e.g., EB5, E2, L1A/B, EB2-EB3, TN, H1B, O1A, EB1-A).
• Maintain client communication and manage case documents in a small firm setting.
• Prepare and file petitions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Receive mentorship from senior attorneys and participate in client meetings as needed.
