Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support our Business Immigration Attorneys in Houston. You will manage petitions, deadlines, and document preparation while liaising with clients and government agencies.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in business immigration within a law firm or professional services setting, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills to ensure timely service delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate required.
• 2+ years of business immigration experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, attorneys, and colleagues.
• Understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and legal research methods.

Responsabilidades

• Drafts and files business immigration petitions and applications.
• Manages visa-related expiration dates and deadlines, tracks requests, and documents data.
• Prepares, reviews, and organizes evidence and supporting documentation.
• Meets with attorneys, clients, and professionals to discuss cases.
• Serves as a primary contact for clients and government agencies.
• Manages client files and caseloads effectively.
• Conducts legal research and prepares memoranda and reports.
• Accurately records and maintains billable time per firm policies.
• Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned.
