Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with a variety of immigration petitions and filings (e.g., EB5, E2, L1A/B, EB2-EB3, TN, H1B, O1A, EB1-A).
• Maintain client communication and manage case documents in a small firm setting.
• Prepare and file petitions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Receive mentorship from senior attorneys and participate in client meetings as needed.

Role Description

The Immigration Paralegal is expected to assist the attorneys and other staff members with a variety of business and investor immigration petitions, such as EB5, E2, L1A&B, EB2-EB3 labor certifications, TN, H1B, O1A, EB1-A, AOS, naturalization, provisional waivers and family petitions, etc. This idea candidate should enjoy working in a small firm environment with the opportunity to have direct access to clients, training, and mentorship by the senior attorneys. The idea candidate must be a self-starter and highly motivated. We would love to have someone who can hit the ground running.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum of five years relevant experience.


• Ability to independently prepare and file immigration petitions and applications


• Experience in legal document preparation and client communication


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


• Strong written and oral communication skills


• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
