Qualifications

• JD required with active bar license in at least one U.S. state.
• 3+ years of immigration law experience.

Responsabilités

• Represent clients in EOIR court hearings.
• Conduct consultations and prepare clients for interviews.
• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal filings.
• Supervise and mentor paralegals and ensure timely filings.
