Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in immigration law, experience with O-1, H-1B, PERM, EB-1, NIW, strong research skills, and excellent written/verbal communication. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling a high-volume caseload.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on immigration law experience (family-based and employment-based cases preferred).
• Experience with employment-based visas: O-1, H-1B, PERM, EB-1, NIW, etc.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Client-focused mindset with a compassionate approach.
• Familiarity with legal case management systems and software.

Responsabilités

• Manage client communications with professionalism and empathy
• Prepare, review, and assemble immigration petitions and applications
• Conduct legal research and support case strategy development
• Liaise with government agencies (USCIS, DOL, etc.)
• Maintain accurate and organized case files
• Track deadlines and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Provide general administrative and case support as needed
