The position involves filing petitions, appearing before USCIS/EOIR where applicable, and collaborating with paralegals and staff to ensure accurate case management and deadlines.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active U.S. law license in good standing.
• Minimum 1-3 years of immigration law experience.
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• Strong client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle immigration matters from intake through resolution.
• Prepare and file immigration petitions, motions, and legal briefs.
• Represent clients before USCIS and Immigration Court (EOIR).
• Conduct client consultations and provide strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff using firm systems and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate case notes and deadlines in the firm CRM.
