Downtown Boulder Partnership is seeking an Immigration Attorney in Reston, VA to join a boutique immigration law practice with nationwide reach. The associate will handle high-volume PERM filings and a broad range of visa petitions, contributing to a fast-paced, detail-driven team.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of business immigration experience, excellent communication skills, and a track record in PERM and employment-based immigration. On-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business immigration law including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-1/E-2 petitions and PERM labor certification.
• Experience handling PERM applications and employment-based immigration.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong organizational skills and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file a high volume of PERM labor certification applications.
• Handle employment-based immigration matters including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, and E-1/E-2 petitions.
• Assist with nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters as part of a broad immigration practice.
• Maintain accurate case files with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
