Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP is seeking an Associate with 4+ years of experience in employment-based immigration matters. You will join a high-volume corporate practice handling H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM matters, with the opportunity to lead a team of paralegals and junior associates and maintain relationships with corporate clients.

The role offers a hybrid/remote work arrangement based out of Philadelphia, NYC, or DC, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Bar admission required.
• 4+ years of employment-based immigration experience.
• Familiarity with H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM filings.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients and oversee a high-volume employment-based immigration practice.
• Prepare petitions and applications, assess eligibility and gather supporting evidence.
• Draft H-1B, L-1, TN, and PERM filings and respond to RFEs.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with corporate clients.
• Delegate and supervise junior staff and paralegals.
• Contribute to process improvements for the team.
