You will handle end-to-end visa petitions, consult with clients on visa strategy, and draft and submit petitions while shaping playbooks for AI-assisted tools. You will work closely with founders and engineers in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a J.D. from an accredited law school, active bar admission in any US state, and 1-3 years of business immigration experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in business immigration.

• Active bar admission in any US state.
• Experience with O-1, EB-1A, or NIW visa petitions.
• Strong legal writing skills for persuasive arguments.

Responsibilities
