You will own employment-based matters, advise clients directly, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance AI-assisted workflows.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in business immigration, JD, and active US bar membership. The role offers substantial growth, mentorship, and exposure to innovative legal technology.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active U.S. bar membership in good standing.
• 1–3 years in business immigration law.
• Experience drafting and filing immigration petitions.
• Strong legal research and persuasive writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage employment-based and business immigration matters from intake to filing.
• Prepare and file petitions like H-1B, EB-1/2 NIW, O-1A.
• Advise clients and coordinate with product/engineering teams on AI tools.
• Draft letters, briefs, RFEs, and supporting documents.
• Communicate with clients and manage expectations.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and scalable processes.
• Contribute to improving efficiency and client experience of immigration services.
