Success Matcher Recruitment is seeking an Associate Immigration Attorney to join a fast-growing startup transforming business immigration law. You will draft and file O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and H-1B petitions from intake to USCIS, while consulting with startup founders and top technical talent on eligibility and visa strategy.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school is required.
• Active bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction (New York bar admission is a plus).
• 1–3 years of dedicated business immigration experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Full Case Management: Draft, manage, review, and submit O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and H-1B petitions from intake through USCIS filing.
• Client Consultations: Conduct free initial consultation calls with prospective clients to evaluate eligibility and map out visa strategies.
• Practice Building: Work with the Head of Immigration Law to learn and codify scalable playbooks for case-building.
• Product Collaboration: Provide feedback to engineering teams on AI-assisted drafting and petition review workflows.

Our client is a fast-growing, venture-backed startup transforming how business immigration law is practiced. By pairing cutting-edge AI technology with decades of top-tier legal expertise, they deliver high-quality, streamlined immigration solutions for startup founders, senior AI engineers, and premier technical talent. Operating with an agile, high-agency, and creative approach, they are scaling rapidly and looking for an Associate Immigration Attorney to join as their first dedicated legal hire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Case Management: Draft, manage, review, and submit O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and H-1B petitions from intake through USCIS filing.
• Client Consultations: Conduct free initial consultation calls with prospective clients (primarily startup founders and high-caliber technical talent) to evaluate eligibility and map out creative visa strategies.
• Practice Building: Work directly with the Head of Immigration Law to learn innovative case-building techniques and help codify them into scalable playbooks.
• Product Collaboration: Partner closely with internal engineering teams to provide feedback on AI-assisted drafting and petition review workflows.

Qualifications:

• Education & Bar: J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction (New York bar admission is a plus).
• Experience: 1–3 years of dedicated business immigration experience (preferably from top-tier immigration firms like Fragomen, BAL, or equivalent practices).
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial, high-agency, and moldable. Willing to move away from rigid, legacy big-firm playbooks in favor of modern, client-first strategies.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• $150k - $200k base salary with meaningful early-stage equity.
