Job summary

JAM, a US-based AI-native immigration practice, is hiring an Associate Immigration Attorney for a remote/hybrid role. Manage the full case lifecycle from intake through filing on O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW and H-1B petitions, and help build scalable playbooks using AI drafting.

Advise founders and engineers, argue eligibility, and help document repeatable workflows for consistent use.

Requirements: J.D., active US state bar, 1–3 years business immigration experience; New York bar is a plus.

Qualifications

• J.D. from accredited law school.
• Active bar in any US state (New York bar a plus).
• 1–3 years of business immigration experience.
• Experience with O-1A, EB-1A, NIW and H-1B petitions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW and H-1B petitions from intake through filing.
• Run consultations to assess visa options and case strength.
• Build persuasive arguments linking achievements to eligibility.
• Advise founders/engineers on strategy, evidence requirements and next steps.
• Help document scalable workflows and provide AI-drafting feedback.
