Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client interviews and prepare clients for hearings and interviews
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
  • Maintain timely and accurate case documentation

Position Overview

Banks and Brower is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with at least one (1) year of experience practicing immigration law. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and meaningful work serving immigrant communities.

Practice Areas
  • Family-based immigration (Family-based petitions, Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing, and Waivers)
  • Naturalization and other benefits before USCIS
  • Client counseling, case strategy, and court appearances
  • It is possible for cross-practice areas as well if desired (criminal, family, personal injury)
