Our firm is seeking a seasoned Permanent Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice to clients regarding all aspects of immigration law, including but not limited to asylum, deportation defense, visa applications, and citizenship.
• Preparing and submitting legal documents such as affidavits, briefs, and appeals.
• Representing clients in immigration court proceedings, interviews, and meetings.
• Staying updated on changes in immigration law and policies, and informing clients of how these changes may affect their cases.
• Conducting thorough and accurate legal research to support case preparation.
• Collaborating with paralegals and other team members to ensure all case details are accurately recorded and updated.
• Maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients, court personnel, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law.
• Admission to the State Bar.
• Proven experience in preparing and submitting immigration-related legal documents.
