Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Immigration Attorney with over six years of experience to join their Atlanta, GA office. The role involves handling a variety of business immigration matters, including H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, E's, O-1s, L-1s, and TN's.

The position offers the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. You will advise clients on business immigration strategy, oversee matters, supervise junior staff, and coordinate with firm members on client strategy and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Active bar membership in good standing in the U.S.
• Experience managing client work and liaising with client contacts.
• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
• High-level attention to detail.
• Ability to take initiative, stay organized, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising junior associates, paralegals, and other support staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal and strategic point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
• Advise clients on business immigration strategy, workforce planning, and compliance considerations.
• Oversee and review matters prepared by associates and paralegals.
• Lead regular client status calls, planning discussions, and escalations.
• Manage and mentor associates, paralegals, and support staff assigned to client teams.
• Coordinate closely with firm members on client strategy, service delivery, and resource allocation.
• Identify process improvements and efficiencies within client immigration programs.
• Support business development efforts and contribute to long-term client relationships.
