Job summary

Clark Hill is seeking an Immigration Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join either the Houston, Collin County, or Austin office. This attorney will serve as the primary legal and strategic point of contact for assigned corporate clients, advise employers on workforce planning and immigration strategies, and handle H-2A/H-2B filings and related government paperwork.

The ideal candidate will have significant immigration experience, strong advocacy and writing skills, and an active U.S.

Qualifications

• Significant employment-based immigration experience.
• Experience with H-2A and H-2B visas.
• Experience handling H-1B, PERM, I-140, AOS, L-1, TN matters.
• Advise employers on workforce planning and compliance.
• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills; detail-oriented.
• Active bar membership in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary legal and strategic contact for assigned corporate clients.
• Advise employers on workforce planning, immigration strategies, and compliance obligations.
• Communicate case strategies, timelines, and government requirements.
• Prepare, review, and oversee H-2A and H-2B applications and related filings.
• Oversee recruitment documentation and compliance materials.
• Assist with filings before USCIS, DOL and other government agencies.
