Job summary

BCG Attorney Search invites a seasoned Associate to join its Immigration group in Cincinnati, OH. The attorney will handle a spectrum of business and employment-based immigration matters with 3–5 years of experience, focusing on nonimmigrant visas, permanent petitions, and compliance.

The role requires a JD from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar, strong legal research and writing skills, and the ability to collaborate with corporate clients, HR teams, and global mobility

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in U.S. immigration law.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Experience managing cases with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, and E-2).
• Manage immigrant petitions (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3) and PERM labor certifications.
• Conduct legal research and draft documents.
• Communicate with clients and manage cases efficiently.
• Collaborate with corporate clients, HR teams, and global mobility programs.
• Address RFEs and audit responses.
