Job summary

The Immigrant Youth Program Coordinator at International Rescue Committee coordinates services for immigrant children and their families, ensuring access to basic needs, education, and community resources. The role acts as primary case manager, guides interns, and collaborates with partners to strengthen services and outcomes.

In Miami-Dade County, you will lead a small team, engage with community stakeholders, and ensure compliance with funder regulations while contributing to program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, international affairs, or human services.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct immigrant youth services preferred; immigration legal services experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive wrap-around case management services to immigrant children and their families.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored service plans.
• Coordinate referrals with stakeholders and ensure client-centered care.
• Lead and supervise interns and volunteers with regular mentoring.
• Maintain accurate confidential case documentation and data reporting.
