Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) in New York seeks a Youth Education and Partnerships Supervisor to coordinate educational programming for newcomer youth, including planning, implementation, and reporting for multiple programs. You will work with staff, caregivers, and schools to ensure responsive, evidence-based instruction and social-emotional learning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience with children/youth.
• Experience with refugee/immigrant populations desirable.
• Teaching certification desirable.
• Fluency in MS Office especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 2–4 youth education programs including World Explorers, Youth ESOL, and Tutoring.
• Oversee recruitment and supervision of staff, interns, and volunteers.
• Ensure programs follow IRC policies, safeguarding, and HUD/funder guidelines.
• Develop and monitor data collection, reports, and program outcomes.
• Collaborate with schools, families, and community partners.
