Job summary

International Rescue Committee (IRC) in the United States seeks a Youth Program Supervisor to lead program planning, staff supervision, and community partnerships. The role ensures high-quality youth services, aligns with organizational goals, and manages reporting and compliance across programs.

The position reports to the Youth Education Manager and involves collaboration with schools, families, and partners to achieve positive youth outcomes. Evening and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience working with youth and two years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with refugee and/or immigrant youth preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead department and program planning aligned with mission and goals.
• Oversee program design, operations, and compliance with IRC standards.
• Supervise youth program staff and lead training on education best practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with school districts and community partners.
• Contribute to grant and proposal development efforts.
