Job summary

Limitless Flight, Inc. is seeking dedicated applicants to join the JUMP Crew at the JUMP Hangars in the Salt Lake City area. You will guide Pilots through Check-In, Suit Up, Suit Down, and operate the attraction while maintaining safety and delivering memorable experiences.

The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced, high-volume attractions and is able to work weekends. Must be 18+, pass a background check, and reside in the greater Salt Lake, Utah area.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to run and troubleshoot the simulators (JUMP Bays).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must reside in the greater Salt Lake, Utah area.
• Must pass a background check.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Pilots and answer questions about JUMP or the attraction.
• Rotate daily between Front Desk Agent, Load/Suit-up, and Bay Operator.
• Load and unload Pilots into suits with safety checks.
• Handle emergencies to ensure Pilot and Crew safety.
• Maintain cleanliness of suits, helmets, and public areas.
• Demonstrate for investors, celebrities, and other high-profile clients.
• Utilize JUMP systems and inventory tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned by JUMP Hangar Leadership.
