Job summary

A leading energy services provider in Texas is looking for a Training Specialist to develop digital training solutions and lead immersive learning initiatives. You'll work closely with subject matter experts to enhance training delivery, utilizing cutting-edge VR/AR technology. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, is proficient in digital tools, and holds a High School Diploma or equivalent. This role is primarily on-site with some travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Experience with VR/AR development and management tools.
• Calm and patient demeanor to adapt to various learning styles.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for digital or technology-driven training.
• Create eLearning content, including video tutorials.
• Conduct training, either local or virtual, as needed.
