Channel Partners Solutions, LLC is recruiting a Store Manager for Meta Lab Retail in premium mall locations. You will guide a compact, high-impact team to deliver immersive Meta wearable and Quest demonstrations, build authentic customer relationships, and drive acquisition, retention, and satisfaction while upholding the Meta brand standard.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of retail sales management, proven success leading customer-facing teams, and experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of retail sales management experience
• Proven success leading customer-facing retail teams
• Experience in high-traffic environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver immersive product demonstrations, build authentic customer relationships, elevate every interaction into a Meta-branded experience, and drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-potential talent while providing ongoing coaching, fostering accountability and collaboration, and modeling professionalism and strong communication
• Drive sales and conversion metrics, turn traffic into engagement and revenue, analyze performance data to adjust strategies, and maintain operational excellence in scheduling, inventory, and reporting
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert on Meta wearable and mixed‑reality products, stay current on innovations, communicate value propositions confidently, and simplify complex technology for customers
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and represent the Meta brand professionally in high-visibility environments
