Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of retail sales management experience.
• Experience leading customer-facing retail teams.
• Experience in high-traffic environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver immersive product demonstrations and build authentic customer relationships.
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-potential talent with ongoing coaching.
• Drive sales and conversion metrics and maintain scheduling, inventory, and reporting.
• Serve as SME on Meta wearable and MR products and communicate value propositions.
• Represent the Meta brand professionally in high-visibility environments.
