Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions in Houston is hiring an Assistant Manager for Meta Lab Retail to oversee daily store operations, open/close, inventory, POS and cash handling, while ensuring a welcoming, customer-ready environment for immersive Meta demos.

You will coach the retail team, develop operational strategies to streamline processes, partner with Meta's tech team to keep demos working, and support the Store Director and Retail Manager in performance management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years retail management experience required.
• 3+ years customer-facing experience in retail required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operation of the location including opening and closing.
• Inventory management and weekly/daily reports on performance.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to streamline processes.
• Be on the ground in partnership with Meta’s tech team to ensure demos work.
• Support the Retail Manager in performance management of the team.
• Lead when the Store Director is not present.
• Be expert in the client’s industry-leading products sold in store.
