Job summary

ARTE MUSEUM NEW YORK seeks a dedicated Cafe Part Leader to manage daily café operations, inventory, and staff during assigned shifts. You will oversee presentation, cost control, and guest experience, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional ARTE MUSEUM encounter.

The role involves menu development, standard-setting, and collaboration with management on purchases and events, with compensation between $23.00 and $26.00 per hour and year-round operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold NYC Food Handling License (Food Protection Certificate).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 5–10 years of experience in café operations, inventory management, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong inventory management, FIFO, and loss prevention knowledge.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage café inventory, counts, and storage to ensure accuracy.
• Open/close café operations, ensure standards, and assist with events.
• Lead and develop a cooperative team, address guest concerns professionally.
• Develop beverage and dessert menus with documented recipes and COGS analysis.
• Maintain high guest hospitality and reflect ARTE MUSEUM brand in interactions.
