Job summary

AMG & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to create engaging learning experiences for clients. The role focuses on instructional design, applying adult learning principles, and collaborating with SMEs and clients.

Responsibilities include designing ILT, e-learning, simulations, and multimedia-enabled solutions, with a emphasis on timely, high-quality delivery and staying current with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or related roles.
• Proficient in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives.
• Design and develop innovative and interactive learning experiences, including instructor-led training, e-learning, simulations, and other modalities.
• Utilize instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create effective and engaging learning solutions.
• Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, animations, and graphics, to enhance the learning experience.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Work closely with project managers, graphic designers, and other team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of learning solutions.
