Job summary

Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join their Learning Production team. The successful candidate will design and develop engaging and inclusive online learning experiences while managing multiple concurrent projects.

This role requires strong skills in instructional design methodologies, project management, and communication. Applicants should hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience designing and developing online learning experiences.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Experience using eLearning authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate online courses.
• Manage multiple concurrent course development projects.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of course materials.
