Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–5 years in learning experience design or related field.
• Experience designing learning experiences, assessments, or curricula.
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Ability to apply learner feedback and data to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning ecosystems that support defined outcomes.
• Create learning objectives, assessments, activities, and strategies.
• Apply learner feedback, performance data, and best practices to content.
• Develop assessments and evaluation methods to measure progress.
• Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with content strategists, writers, and partners.
