Activate America LLC in Louisville, KY is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. This role keeps you on the move, coordinating with the General Manager to meet sales targets and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You'll oversee inventory, technology systems, and staff, adapt to busy shifts through evenings and weekends, and actively engage with customers during gameplay to ensure fun and safe experiences.

• Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems and networking concepts.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stay calm and adapt to unforeseen situations.
• Outgoing, energetic, and capable of guiding a crowd.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Willing to work various shifts starting as early as 9 am and ending as late as 1 am.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations alongside the store manager.
• Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of technology systems.
• Check customers in, take payments, and manage reservations.
• Brief new groups before game starts.
• Monitor gaming area and explain rules as needed.
• Participate in games to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain rooms with cleaning, painting, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs during malfunctions.
