Job summary

Meow Wolf is seeking a Facility Design Manager to lead design and construction for new exhibitions and expansion projects in a fast-paced, immersive entertainment environment. You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, and coordination among architects, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget while preserving creative vision.

The role requires licensure as an Architect or in process, 7–10 years of turn-key project experience in entertainment, and expertise

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect or in process of taking exams required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or Engineering from an accredited university or college is required.
• 7-10 years of turn-key project experience, preferably within the entertainment industry, is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between Architecture of Record and Meow Wolf vendors and teams.
• Develop Architecture/Engineering scope of work and vendor selection documentation.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and milestones to meet design intent and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, life safety, and environmental requirements.
