Job summary

Meow Wolf in Denver seeks a Facility Maintenance Technician to support all building systems for the immersive exhibition site and offsite warehouse. You will perform routine maintenance, inspections and repairs while coordinating with contractors to maintain safety, reliability, and environmental stewardship.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will drive preventative maintenance, document processes in the CMMS, and ensure high standards of service and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in Building Facilities Maintenance, Commercial Construction, Commercial Trades, or Building Renovation.
• HVAC: Repair, Installation, Maintenance, Programming/scheduling, inspection.
• Electrical: Repair, Installation, Maintenance, Inspection.
• Plumbing: Repair, Installation, Maintenance, Inspection.
• Life Safety: Fire/Sprinklers, Fire Pump/Riser maintenance and installation.

Responsibilities

• Safely conduct maintenance, repair, inspections and upkeep of all building systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Safety, structural, walls, floors, ceilings).
• Support and cooperate with exhibition staff and contractors to ensure functional facilities.
• Enter preventative maintenance and inspections into CMMS software and track asset details.
• Respond to emergency calls for building systems and coordinate with vendors.
• Foster a professional, respectful and empowering work environment.
• Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships and ensure safety and security compliance.
• Follow inspection schedules for safety, cleanliness and good repair.
