Job summary

Meow Wolf in Denver is seeking a Facility Maintenance Senior Technician to oversee building systems, perform routine inspections, and coordinate with vendors to keep our immersive exhibition safe and engaging.

You will drive maintenance programs, implement improvements, and work with a team dedicated to environmental responsibility and guest experience. Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Building Facilities Maintenance or related fields.
• Active licensure in at least one of the listed trades.
• Ability to read MEP plans & schematics.
• Flexible schedule including evenings & weekends.
• Experience with safety standards and OSHA 30 preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Maintain CMMS for inspections and tasks.
• Respond to emergencies during exhibit hours.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
