Job summary

Meow Wolf is seeking a Facility Maintenance Senior Technician to support all aspects of building operations at our Denver location. You will perform maintenance inspections, assist custodial and vendor teams, and help keep our immersive exhibitions running safely and effectively.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and safety compliance, plus strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and inspect all building systems to ensure full functionality.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and upgrades.
• Document inspections and maintenance activities in CMMS.
• Assist with offsite warehouse operations as needed.
• Support safety protocols and environmental initiatives.
